4:01 pm	Roo-haha As I sat down to consume my bowl of KIX cereal this morning, I thought back to sixth grade. The first day of sixth grade – the first day of middle school – I was so spellbound by the fact that the school served French fries for lunch. What a luxury, I thought. John Guercio, however, had to demean my temporary ebullience. “I can’t wait till high school,” he said. According to him, they served better fries in high school. That meant life had to be better in high school. All throughout middle school, I anticipated my years in high school with unprecedented excitement and enthusiasm. Then I came to high school. At this stage I was told that college would be better. We could pick when our courses were scheduled, we lived on our own, there were more friends to be made and more fun to be had. As we grow up and get old, we constantly look forward to and anticipate the future. We never stop to take a look around until we reach the age of wrinkles, hernias, and great-grandchildren because at this stage, there is no future. Therefore, we dwell on how much we regret the past. This cycle of constantly looking ahead until we can’t look any further should stop. According to Danielle Kane’s profile, we should live for now because after all, now is our life. 6:05 pm	So DECA, quite the experience. Got to deliver my speech in front of 3000 people, that was awesome. Bottom line is i won treasurer of ny deca, and swept accounting, so im going to nationals in dallas. But really it was extraordinary. Thanks to the combined efforts of Smithtown east and west deciites I won my election. A special shout out to kyle ben jon chris and nisha for their involvement and efforts in campaigning, it really made it wonderful. To toast our efforts, we're all going to go out for dinner. So jon basically gave you the lowdown of what happened. Between the war room, campaigning at the booths with the kickline girls, talking to Jeff Long, the bus rides, speaking, rooming with Jon saltzman, jon, and jj...Donnuttttttt, the extreme stress, i really can not wait till Dallas. THe one part i think is worth mentioning that jon didnt was the interviews which he wasnt at so he coudlnt have. Well the first time was a grill session, they all just wanted to fuck you over and make you leave the country, luckily if that was to happen id have some place to go. However, some questions included: "If one song could describe your state officership what would it be" - We didnt start the fire, Billy Joel "Can you please sing it" - Fuck... i mean yeah...*gets up and starts to dance* "Harry truman doris day..." 10:23 pm	Past week has been filled with DECA, a song by Ehman, more DECA, a trip to the federal reserve, and blah. I went to the movies tonight and practiced my throwing of Milky Way poppables at random people. I almost beaned a big black man in the head and I gave the bag to Guercio so I basically framed him. The guy came up to us and cursed him out. I thought it was hilarious. In other news, i paid 7 bucks for posterboard and jelly beans at party hardy with a 20 and the ditzyass girl gave me 22 dollars back. I wouldve given it back had I realized before i was home...really. But then I had a 20 in my suit that i forgot about when i gave it for drycleaning, so theres karma for ya. 9:30 am	wwooowww havent updated in a while so thinking back to last week, jons was fun on thursday then we hung out at kyles on friday and watched this funny movie called My cousin Vinny saturday i went to the driving range, and me jon and jj went to dave and busters only to get kicked out so we went shopping and hung out at starbucks for a while. Jon bought lik 6 dvds and i ended up buying that movie my cousin vinny cuz joe pechi is the man sunday john guercio and I went to the Windwatch to play golf which is a 100 dollar golf course but we got in for 19 bucks because we are minors and we went after 4 pm monday i think my friend kevin up my street came over tuesday was jackmaths sweet 16 whcih was fun wednesday i think i went to georgios and me digangi liz and ian hung out for a while thursday i dont think i did anything friday was ians bday so i hung out with him the whole day and we went golfing and lost a tournament, poo saturday john guercio and I plaed 18 at landing and got in a fight with the director there and then Ians party was fun sunday me john and weber went to Sundried Tomato to grab lunch and then we walked around, played tennis and other stuff. then i went to jons with kyle mike evans and chris demarinis and we played this game called four real which was hilarious Cool week. Yeah im just trying to see everyone for a last time because im leaving for india on saturday and i wont see anyone till i get back on august 31st which is sad because ill miss everyone. So if this is my last update, have a wonderful rest of the summer everyone and leave ur addresses if u want postcards. Ill try to call if i can but the charge is extremely high so idk but ill def try to send postcards.
